Halloween was a hit this year!!! For the past week, Addison has been asking every day when it would be trick or treating time because she was so excited to be a fairy princess! Finally the big day rolled around and she was so excited she could barely wait until 5pm to get into her costume. Addison picked out a beautiful fairy princess costume this year (which is SOOO appropriate if you know how much of a diva she is.) Ganny and Chip (Scott's parents) came over for dinner and pictures and then we were off to trick or treat. This year Addison knew exactly what she was doing, as opposed to last year where she kinda wandered around the street just watching people. This year she was in a dead sprint to get to as many houses as she could before she fell flat on her face from total exhaustion. We managed to visit about 20 houses on our street before she was ready to call it quits (it was also pretty chilly on Halloween night.) Avery hung back at the house with Scott and Chip to hand out candy since it was so chilly outside. No costume for her this year, but she had some super cute Halloween jammies. Now that Halloween is over Addison keeps asking when she can wear her fairy costume again... it's going to be a LONG 364 days until next Halloween : P
Meet the Weavers! Scott is the football fanatic husband/daddy that is a Head football coach and teaches PE on the side. Laura is the sometimes OCD wife/mommy who teaches 10th grade AP World History in addition to being super mommy. Addison is the queen bee of the family, nearly four years old, and definitely has quite a bit of diva in her. Avery is the princess of the crew, 18 months old, and is sweet as sugar. Let's not forget the pets too, Miller the slightly obese beagle dog and Whiskers, the killer mountain lion kitty.
